Robert Oliver is the Retired Deputy Fire Chief of the Redmond, WA, Fire Department. He joined the department in 2005 after retiring as Deputy Chief and 33 years of service with the Phoenix Fire Department.
Debra H. Amesqua is the Retired Fire Chief in Madison, Wisconsin and the first woman to hold the position. At the time of her appointment, she was one of only seven women Chiefs among the 32,000 Fire Departments.
Vicki Smith is Director Services Marketing, LION TotalCare® USA. LION is the world's largest provider of firefighter-protective clothing.
Roxanne V. Bercik is an Assistant Chief with the Los Angeles, CA, Fire Department. Previously assigned as the Division 2 Commander, she was responsible for an area encompassing one-third the City of LA.
Kim Henry is the Vice President of Marketing at PBI Performance Products, Inc., The Americas. Kim brings a wealth of marketing and sales experience to the FIRE 20/20 board.
Johnny Brewington is the Immediate Past President, International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters (IABPFF), and currently serves as Battalion Chief in Cleveland, Ohio.
FIRE 20/20 Executive Director Larry Sagen has been involved in marketing, community organizing, organizational development, and change management for 30 years. He has worked with Fire/EMS departments across the US and Canada.
Ronald Jon Siarnicki became the Executive Director of the International Fallen Firefighters Foundation in 2001, after retiring as Fire Chief of Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department.
Adam Thiel has served with distinction in four states—Maryland, North Carolina, Arizona and Virginia. He is currently the Fire Chief for the City of Alexandria, VA.
Dr. Matt Hinds-Aldrich is a full-time Assistant Professor of Fire Science at Anna Maria College. He has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Kent in England. His doctoral research focused upon the concept of firefighter culture.
Jeff Emery is the Global Marketing Manager for Fire Services at Scott Safety, a global leader in production of firefighter safety products.
